Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse will continue from where the previous superhero film ended. The teaser trailer shows Spider-Man 2099 will play a key role in this movie. We don't know whether he is a friend to Miles'Spider-Man or his enemy.

Fans have noticed Miguel turning his wrist gadget to 928, which hints that he is trying to pull Miles into his timeline. Interestingly, Gwen also sports a similar gadget implying that she has teamed with Miguel and wants to recruit Miles into their mission.

According to Producer Amy Pascal, Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse will focus on the relationship between Miles and Spider-Gwen that wasn’t explored much in the original superhero flick.

Later Miles'Spider-Man is seen traveling into different dimensions. We also see the futuristic Spider-Man 2099 grappling with Miles’스파이더 맨. However, we can’t discern whether they are together as friends or fighting with each other.
